In other news that’s actually not me gushing over a video game, I’m back in the conceptual phase again. The next story is getting its flesh amidst a raging brain hurricane. This is always one of my favorite parts of writing, too; you begin with a blank slate and just start throwing ideas at it. You quickly find a groove, you’re in just the right mentality, and everything just seems to click. One idea begets another, until you’ve got so many ideas you wonder if your brain has anything left to give, or if it’s an empty tin can that a cartoon goat might eat. Maybe there’s an extra pea rattling around in there somewhere…who knows?
Hopefully, I’ll have something to show for it soon. A piece of artwork, or something like a mini preview. Man, how do you do this? Do writers give out previews, or do they just say “I’m writing a new book” and then you don’t hear from them until a year or so later when they actually release said book? Hrmm…?
Oh well, I’ll do it however I want. That works best for me （￣へ￣）
Small Update: Just put up a bit more artwork that was developed for the different stories in Fiction Junction, go give ’em a look-see over in the Artwork tab at the top, or the link that I just made out of what I just wrote. Wish I could figure out why some of the thumbnails look so…scratchy…
