Hey bookworms! While I’ve been just slaving away at new chapters, I also started up another little project, and I swear it isn’t nearly as distracting as it sounds. There’s lots of people out there who like stories, but don’t necessarily have the means to hunker down and stare at a book or screen for a time to consume it. Audiobooks are pretty huge now, and so I figured, I might as well offer people that same luxury, so I started up the Aural Anthology, a channel where you can find audio versions of my work! For free!
See? They’re diggin’ it, so it must be great
First up is the audio version of Friday Nights at Cheep’s, some quick flash-fiction to test everything out and see how it all goes! A very special thank you to Matthew Branton for his excellent voice work in this little piece.
I hope you all enjoy it, and if you do, don’t hesitate to share it! Until the next post, Keep Yourself Alive!
Been a little bit. Things have been hectic obviously, although I won’t deny there was some laziness in there somewhere. I’ve started some freelance work as an editor, and I’m happy to be putting my skills to good use, especially in a way that helps others. There are some new chapters on the way, along with some other new stories that I want to refine a bit more before they go up.
However, one thing they always say is to keep writing, everyday, as much as you can, no matter what it is, even if it’s the same word repeatedly. This morning, I did just that. I had a random thought in my head, and I decided to let my fingers do the talking, so here’s Friday Nights at Cheep’s. Just scraping in under 1000 words. Not exactly flash-fiction in length, but in that it came outta nowhere in a flash for me, so whatever, it’s some random flash-fiction for your Friday. Well damn…maybe I should make that a thing to help me get back into this…”Flash-Fiction Fridays.”
For now though, enjoy this one, and let me know what you think, if you think anything!
